We are searching for the best talent for
Clinical Sales – Electrophysiology officially based in Seoul, with dedicated
regional coverage responsibilities for either Daejeon.
Position summary
- Execute specific customer development & training plans by
providing full clinical support to the Biosense Webster
(Electrophysiology) accounts in an assigned geography, and in a manner
that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals.
- This role provides dedicated clinical support for a specific
region (either Daejeon or Gwangju) and requires frequent travel.
- The incumbent is expected to spend 3 or more days per week in
the assigned region.
- Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance to
physicians and EP Lab Staff on the effective use of Biosense Webster®
product portfolio* and play an active role in successfully introducing
innovative technologies.
* BWI’s systems and catheter equipment
(e.g., The CARTO® System and associated software modules and RF/PFA generator)
- Optimize practitioner efficiency through optimal product usage.
Educate customers on all BWI products by providing technical and clinical
information and in-service trainings.
You will be responsible for:
- Stay current on company products instructions for use (IFU),
best practices and technical troubleshooting, as well as relevant
scientific clinical literature and new product information.
- Creates awareness of BWI solutions and facilitates through deep
understanding and delivering feature & benefits of them
- Educate junior (less-experienced) member on BWI products to
optimize effective usage by providing technical and clinical information
and in-service trainings.
- Respond daily to requests by email and voicemail from
customers, practitioners, and partners.
- Perform administrative work, including managing account
documentation, compliance training requirements, expense reporting, and
Company system input.
- Execute customer development, training and clinical support
activities for Biosense Webster (Electrophysiology) accounts within the
assigned region (Daejeon or Gwangju).
- Collaborate with peers to share best practices to increase value
for customers.
- Develop and share best practices with Field Sales and Service
colleagues and internal partners.
- Ensure personal and Company compliance with all JJMK Company
regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain Safe Fleet standards according to Company guidelines.
- Ensure subordinates and junior (less-experienced) members to
follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental
practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good
condition.
- Provide mentoring to new team members as requested.
- Perform other duties assigned as needed
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Fresh graduates or 1~2 years of relevant experience (especially
in medical devices industry)
- Experience working with cardiac-related hospitals and/or
Ultrasound (Echocardiography) experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including
spending 3 or more days per week in the assigned region (Daejeon).
- Ability to troubleshoot and remain calm under pressure,
sometimes remaining focused for extended periods of time
- Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to next
management level.
- Drive collaboration and maintain consistent, open lines of
communication across the assigned responsibilities with internal and
external partners
- Passionate about delivering exemplary patient outcomes
- Ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external
partners, including across functions, with regional and global partners,
and with organizational leadership
