Job Description
o Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote KeysightCare Assured, KeysightCare Enhanced, repair or calibration services
o Contact customer based on the provided prospect list
o Explain the services to potential customers
o Answer customer questions about services offering
o Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
o Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
o Provide quotation to customer upon customer request
o Obtain customer information, maintain and expand the database of prospects contact through web search
o Follow through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
o Close loop with customers on renewal & 1st renewal agreement
o Understand customer needs and requiremen
Job Qualification
o Diploma or BA/BS degree
o Able to speak, read & write in Korean; proficient in English is added advantage
o Good working attitude
o Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
o Good verbal and written communications skills
o Strong listening and presentation skills
o Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
o Added advantages with additional language capability: Chinese etc.
